Chelsea wonderkid Kiano Dyer is reportedly being monitored by a number of clubs across Europe as the Blues risk losing yet another academy starlet.
The 17-year-old joined Chelsea from West Bromwich Albion back in 2021 and he has established himself as a key member of the Blues’ U21 side over the past 12 months.
Dyer has played the entire 90 minutes in Chelsea U21s’ last six league matches, providing two assists during that time, while he won the Premier League 2 Player of the Month award for October.

His form at youth level has now attracted the attention of multiple clubs in England and on the continent, according to The Daily Mail, with Chelsea set to face a fight to retain the talented teenager.
Dyer will have one year remaining on his current deal at Stamford Bridge when the 2025 summer transfer window opens and scouts are set to watch him in action for England’s U19 side during the November international break.
The 17-year-old was named in Chelsea’s senior matchday squad for their Europa Conference League clash against Gent in October, but he is yet to make his first-team debut and interested clubs are eager to pounce amid a perceived lack of a pathway under Enzo Maresca.

Kiano Dyer to leave Chelsea?
Levi Colwill and Reece James are the only academy products to have featured for Chelsea in the Premier League so far this season, although Tyrique George, Josh Acheampong and Samuel Rak-Sakyi have been given minutes in cup competitions.
However, the Blues lost Rio Ngumoha to Liverpool this summer, with the 16-year-old pushing to secure a move to Anfield due to promises over a future first-team role, and Dyer could reportedly be set to follow suit.
Chelsea already have Moises Caicedo, Romeo Lavia, Enzo Fernandez, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, Cesare Casadei, Lesley Ugochukwu and Andrey Santos as central midfield options, and clubs across Europe are monitoring Dyer’s situation as they prepare to offer him a greater chance of first-team football.
