Chelsea have no plans of signing Liverpool goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher in the near future, according to journalist Ben Jacobs.
The Blues have had Robert Sanchez as their main shot-stopper this campaign, but he has been prone to several goalkeeping errors.
This has led to speculation that the Spaniard could be replaced with a marquee signing, but Jacobs has dismissed the story.
Kelleher has been tracked by the Blues in the past, but the London giants are not contemplating an approach for him at the moment.
Manager Enzo Maresca has his entire faith on Sanchez while the club are also sorted for the future with Filip Jorgensen and Mike Penders.
Chelsea have no plans of investing on another goalkeeper and the focus will be on strengthening the frontline in the coming transfer windows.
A new centre-forward remains the priority for the manager. The club could make a fresh move for Victor Osimhen at the end of the season.
