Manchester United and Liverpool will need to pay around £33 million to sign Barcelona winger Ferran Torres this summer, according to Fichajes.
The Spain international has registered 13 goals and three assists this season for the Blaugrana, but his playing time has been limited from the starting XI.
Torres has played as a regular substitute under manager Hansi Flick with Raphinha and Lamine Yamal preferred on the left and right wing respectively.
It is now reported that the Catalan giants could sanction his sale this summer. The club need to recoup funds so that they can spend on new arrivals.
Torres could consider a return to the Premier League and reports claim that United and Liverpool are among the leading contenders for his services.
Liverpool see him as a possible replacement for Luis Diaz, who has been tipped to leave the Merseyside outfit at the end of the campaign.
United may look to replace Alejandro Garnacho with the former Manchester City ace. Garnacho could be sold to secure a pure profit sale.
