Pre-match reports suggest that Simone Inzaghi will go with an attacking partnership of Lautaro Martinez and Marko Arnautovic for the Serie A match between Inter and Cagliari in San Siro on Saturday evening, but both Marcus Thuram and Mehdi Taremi should be fit enough for the bench.

According to updates from Sky Sport Italia, Inzaghi is set to make a handful of alterations to his Nerazzurri side for Cagliari, with an eye on the second leg of the Champions League quarter-final against Bayern Munich coming up on Wednesday.
Thuram is expected to be one of those given a rest, which leaves Arnautovic as his likely replacement in Serie A. Taremi has recovered from his injury lay-off, but is expected to be eased back in and will start among the substitutes as well.
In terms of Inter’s other expected rotations, there could be an opportunity for Nicola Zalewski at right wing-back in the absence of Denzel Dumfries. Matteo Darmian started in that role against Bayern.
Meanwhile, Davide Frattesi could come into the midfield in place of Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
