Igor Tudor relaunches Teun Koopmeiners with Kenan Yildiz, Nico Gonzalez and Dusan Vlahovic for Juventus against Nikola Krstovic’s Lecce.

It kicks off at the Allianz Juventus Stadium at 19.45 UK time (18.45 GMT).

The Bianconeri face a real fight to finish in the top four and secure Champions League qualification, but Tudor has transformed the squad since taking over from Thiago Motta.

He changed to a three-man defence and restored Vlahovic as first-choice centre-forward, dropping Randal Kolo Muani.

So far, Tudor has beaten Genoa 1-0 and held Roma 1-1, but he is missing Samuel Mbangula, Federico Gatti, Mattia Perin, Arkadiusz Milik, Gleison Bremer and Juan Cabal.

Khephren Thuram is not at 100 per cent either, but still starts in midfield with Wes McKennie and Manuel Locatelli.

Andrea Cambiaso returns and Koopmeiners is given a chance to shine after being left out at the Olimpico.

Lecce are hovering right above the drop zone, but the run of five consecutive defeats was ended by a still disappointing 1-1 draw with Venezia.

Filip Marchwinski is the only remaining absentee for coach Marco Giampaolo, so Krstovic is supported by Tete Morente and Santiago Pierotti.

It looks like a move to a three-man defence, with Antonino Gallo and Danilo Veiga in more advanced wing-back roles.

Lecce held Juventus to a 1-1 draw when these sides met in December, as Ante Rebic scored a last-gasp equaliser.
