Milan goalkeeper Mike Maignan has an excellent record when it comes to saving penalties, but it turns out he’s pretty good at scoring them too.
The France international used his day off to enjoy some personal time, playing in a different role to the one he is accustomed to.
He stepped up for the Kings League France tournament, where he is co-president of a team along with Real Madrid’s Aurelien Tchaouameni and Barcelona defender Jules Koundé.
Maignan is famously one of the best goalkeepers with the ball at his feet, starting moves out from the back for Milan and Les Bleus.
The 29-year-old confirmed it by converting a penalty into the bottom corner in the Kings League France match.
In his usual role, Magic Mike has saved 13 out of 60 competitive spot-kicks faced.
