The young centre-half has been linked with a move to Bavaria.
Bayern Munich have reportedly shown interest in RB Leipzig’s Castello Lukeba, according to Sport BILD.
The popular German tabloid notes that despite Die Roten Bullen’s poor 2024-25 campaign, the Frenchman was one of their standout names.
Bayern are not alone in the hunt for the U-21 international with two clubs from England, namely Liverpool and Tottenham, also keen.
Lukeba is believed to be open to a move, but the club from Saxony are hoping to develop him further and cash in next summer.
The 22-year-old also has a €90million release clause in his current deal, but no club has been willing to meet that sum yet.
Also included in the report is an alternative target in Chelsea’s Renato Viega, who almost moved to Dortmund last January.
