The goalkeeper who has represented Rot-Weiss Essen, Borussia Dortmund, 1860 Munich, Würzburg Kickers, Wolfsberger AC and Ludogorets could be on his way back to Bavaria.

Former Borussia Dortmund goalkeeper Hendrik Bonmann is reportedly in the sights of Bayern Munich, according to BILD.

The tabloid’s football editor Christian Falk notes the club is considering signing the Essen native should backup goalkeeper Daniel Peretz leave.

Recently, there was speculation that the Israeli shot-stopper could make the switch to Eredivisie side PSV Eindhoven.

According to reports, Die Rekordmeister have already made an offer for Bonmann, but the exchange between the clubs is still ongoing.

During his spell at BVB, Bonmann was often in the first team, but his debut for the Borussia Dortmund first team was never made.

In total, the goalkeeper played 67 times for Borussia Dortmund’s U-23’s, keeping a clean sheet on 26 occasions.
