Chelsea winger Noni Madueke has arrived in London ahead of his scheduled medical with Arsenal, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The England international had a decent 2024/25 season with 16 goal contributions for the Blues. He has now decided to switch clubs.
Arsenal recently agreed to sign Madueke for £52 million including add-ons and he has now been permitted to complete the needed formalities.
Madueke is poised to become the club’s fourth summer acquisition after the arrivals of Kepa Arrizabalaga, Martin Zubimendi and Christian Norgaard.
The 23-year-old’s proposed deal to the Gunners has not gone well with some of the fanbase and the winger has still decided to secure the move.
Madueke will be aiming to prove his credentials. He has caught the eye with his dribbling skills and direct running in the final third of the pitch.
His finishing has been a concern in the Premier League and he has the chance to polish his skills under manager Mikel Arteta next season.
