According to Tuttomercatoweb, the latest striker on the list for Milan is Patrik Schick of Bayer Leverkusen, who already has Serie A experience.

It is no secret that the Rossoneri are looking for new forwards, having released Tammy Abraham and Luka Jovic, while loaning Francesco Camarda to Lecce.

Numerous targets have been mentioned in the media and the most recent is Czech international Schick.

He scored a creditable 27 goals in 45 competitive appearances for Bayer Leverkusen last season, with 21 of those in the Bundesliga.

The 26-year-old has played in Serie A before, as he flourished at Sampdoria, then earned a €42m transfer to Roma following the initial loan in 2017.

He struggled to replicate the same form and had a loan spell with RB Leipzig before the sale to Bayer Leverkusen in 2020 for €26.5m.

His contract with the Bundesliga side runs to June 2027, which should significantly lower the asking price.

Tuttomercatoweb maintain Schick is appreciated both by director of sport Igli Tare and coach Max Allegri.
