Plettenberg: Peretz to Hamburg a “Done Deal”
By Eskender Tamrat@eskeFussball

Hamburg are finalizing the deal to bring Daniel Peretz for the upcoming season.

The newly-promoted side reached full agreement with Bayern Munich, according to Sky’s reporter Florian Plettenberg. PSV were heavily linked with a goalkeeper earlier this summer, but they ended up signing Matěj Kovář from Bayer Leverkusen.

The transfer will be on a loan deal without an option to buy at the end of the season. He has a long contract at Bayern that will run until 2028. HSV were working on the deal since the beginning of May, Plettenberg reports.

Peretz has only played 7 games for Bayern since joining them from Maccabi Tel Aviv in 2023. Hamburg’s long-serving goalkeeper Daniel Heuer Fernandes will compete with the 25-year-old to start between the posts.
