Crystal Palace playmaker Eberechi Eze is waiting for a potential move to Arsenal amid interest from Tottenham Hotspur, according to IndyKaila.
The England international had a fantastic 2024/25 season with the Eagles with 25 goal contributions and he is now eyeing a bigger challenge elsewhere.
Spurs have spoken to his representatives over the last 24 hours and they are prepared to make a formal approach for the playmaker in the next few days.
However, Eze still appears keen on rejoining his boyhood club Arsenal and his representative has communicated to the Gunners over Spurs’ interest.
Arsenal may need to speed up the process of player sales before they can afford Eze. The likes of Reiss Nelson and Fabio Vieira need to be sold.
Leandro Trossard could also be shown the exit door by the Gunners.
Eze is primarily an attacking midfielder, but the Gunners also see him as an option to operate on the left side of the attack or in central midfield.
