It appears the French centre-half will finally join the Rhinelanders.

Loïc Badé’s move from Sevilla to Bayer Leverkusen can be considered a done deal, Sky Germany reports.

Leverkusen have reached total agreement with the La Liga side following a prior verbal agreement with the player.

Furthermore, transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano has also approved the transfer, with Badé set to sign a contract until 2030.

The total fee varies from report to report, but Romano believes the Bundesliga club will pay €29million plus €4million in add-ons.

Meanwhile, Sky Italia’s Luca Bendoni notes that there is a 10% sell-on clause for Sevilla should the Frenchman ever leave Leverkusen.

A medical scheduled for today, Wednesday 20 August, will be conducted alongside fellow arrival Claudio Echeverri.
