Christopher Nkunku has completed his medical tests and signed the contract with AC Milan until 2030, making the move from Chelsea for €37m plus €5m in add-ons.

The striker landed in Italy on Thursday night and was there bright and early for his tests at the La Madonnina Clinic in Milan, then the necessary CONI examination for all players coming to Serie A.

He put pen to paper on the contract this evening at the Casa Milan headquarters, a deal until June 2030.

Milan are not expected to make the formal announcement until tomorrow, as they are in action tonight with a trip to Lecce.

Nkunku has already stopped to pose with fans for selfies and sign autographs.

According to Sky Sport Italia, the cost of the move from Chelsea is €37m plus €5m in quite hard to achieve add-ons, and a 10 per cent cut of any future sale fee.

He scored 15 goals in 48 competitive appearances for Enzo Maresca’s Blues last season, helping them to win the Europa Conference League and the FIFA Club World Cup.
