Milan will be breathing a huge sigh of relief today after tests this morning confirmed the extent of injuries suffered by duo Mike Maignan and Strahinja Pavlovic.

Pavlovic was taken off at half-time last night against Bologna and was replaced by Koni De Winter after the Serbian appeared to be struggling slightly.

De Winter came on and impressed, leading to some Rossoneri fans to call for him to start over Pavlovic moving forward.

Maignan, meanwhile, was taken off in the second half after feeling discomfort in his right-calf. The Frenchman was replaced by debutant Pietro Terracciano and between them, they managed to keep a clean sheet.

Tests reveal status of Milan duo’s injuries

According to what has been reported by AlfredoPedulla.com, however, both players are fortunately not suffering from full injuries.

Instead, the reports claim the duo will be evaluated day by day on their clinical progress but neither has suffered a serious muscle injury.

This is good news for the Rossoneri who face a tricky test next week against an inform Udinese side, who beat Milan’s city rivals Inter at San Siro prior to the international break.
