Cagliari vs. Inter: Serie A Week 5 official line-ups

Lautaro Martinez returns to the Inter starting XI with Marcus Thuram and Hakan Calhanoglu, as they visit a Cagliari side coming off two consecutive victories.

It kicks off at the Unipol Domus at 19.45 UK time (18.45 GMT).

The Nerazzurri have struggled in recent weeks, losing back-to-back matches against Udinese and Juventus, then scraping past Sassuolo 2-1.

They also won their Champions League opener 2-0 away to Ajax and with the match against Slavia Prague coming up, there is a little squad rotation.

Lautaro Martinez has recovered from a back problem to start with Thuram, but Ange-Yoan Bonny is not at 100 per cent with an ankle issue.

Yann Sommer, Denzel Dumfries, Francesco Acerbi and Federico Dimarco are rested.

This will always be a special match for Sardinian native and former Cagliari hero Nicolò Barella.

There is also a family atmosphere, because brothers Sebastiano and Francesco Pio Esposito are on opposite sides.

Cagliari are coming off back-to-back victories against Parma and Lecce, plus a 4-1 midweek Coppa Italia win over Frosinone.

Zito Luvumbo, Gabriele Zappa, Boris Radunovic and Nicola Pintus are out of action.

Veteran striker Andrea Belotti leads the attack, with Yerry Mina in defence.
