As Sacha Tavolieri reports, Eintracht Frankfurt will supposedly make another attempt to sign William Osula in January.

The Hessen club will hope to lure the attacker on loan during the winter transfer window, with the prospect of more game time.

Those in charge, led by sporting director Markus Krösche, were already pursuing a loan deal just last summer.

Osula was originally supposed to be loaned for €5million, with a subsequent purchase option for €20million.

However, Newcastle United then asked for €30million for the Danish U21 international, at which point Frankfurt held back.

Osula – who can play for Denmark, England, and Nigeria – could join Eintracht Frankfurt in anticipation of a sale of Elye Wahi.

According to BILD, a sale of the Frenchman in the winter is not out of the question given the 24-year-old has so far failed to impress since joining from Marseille.
