Six different players got on the scoresheet as RB Leipzig thrashed Augsburg 6-0 at the WWK-Arena on Saturday afternoon.
First-half goals from Yan Diomandé, Rômulo, Antonio Nusa, and Christoph Baumgartner put Leipzig 4-0 up at the break.
Assan Ouedraogo and Castello Lukeba then added to the rout in the second half to seal a commanding 6-0 victory for Ole Werner’s in-form side.
On a winless run of seven games, Leipzig remain second in the Bundesliga, five points behind leaders Bayern Munich.
Augsburg, meanwhile, sit 15th after their humiliating home defeat.
