One of the Bundesliga’s biggest breakout stars this season, 1. FC Köln’s Said El Mala has been linked with several top clubs.

Bayern Munich are reportedly keen to sign the 19-year-old in the summer, but El Mala appears to have other plans.

According to Sport Bild, he is leaning towards a move to the Premier League, with Manchester United and Tottenham showing concrete interest.

Both clubs are said to have approached Köln through intermediaries and indicated they are willing to pay a fee in the €30–-0 million range.

Köln sporting director Thomas Kessler recently insisted there is no fixed asking price for El Mala, but it has been reported that the Bundesliga club are hoping to secure up to €60 million for the attacking midfielder.

Brighton & Hove Albion previously expressed interest and had an offer rejected last summer, while Paris Saint-Germain have also been linked with the youngster, who is under contract with Köln until 2030.
