The fixture marks the penultimate league phase game of the competition for both sides, with the Gunners needing a single point in Italy to avoid February’s two-legged knockout stage play-offs.
Securing first place could provide a huge boost to the north Londoners, with teams that finish in the top two being given advantageous home second-leg ties for the last-16, quarter final and semi-final rounds. Arsenal reached the last-four last season but were knocked out by eventual winners PSG with a 3-1 defeat on aggregate.
