Predictor review: Find out how our experts fared in gameweek 21 with £1,000 up for grabs each week

How did you get on against our experts in Daily Mail Sport’s Predictor challenge in gameweek 21 of the Premier League?

It has been a crazy weekend of action with late goals and comebacks galore – and one player managed to call all seven results correctly!

On Saturday afternoon, Arsenal thumped Leeds 4-0 to get back to winning ways in the Premier League and Beto’s 97th-minute leveller at Brighton salvaged a 1-1 draw for Everton.

Then, on Saturday teatime, Chelsea came back from 2-0 down to win an epic against West Ham, thanks to Enzo Fernandez’s late strike… which preceded an on-pitch brawl!

Later that night, Anthony Gordon opened the scoring at Anfield as Newcastle threatened a huge win at Liverpool, but a quickfire Hugo Ekitike double before half-time set the hosts on path to a 4-1 victory.

EXPERT PREDICTIONS

Daily Mail Sport’s Jack Gaughan took three points this weekend

Brighton 1-1 Everton – HOME – 0pts

Leeds 0-4 Arsenal – DRAW – 0pts

Chelsea 3-2 West Ham – HOME – 1pt

Liverpool 4-1 Newcastle –  HOME – 1pt

A Villa 0-1 Brentford – HOME – 0pt

Man Utd 3-2 Fulham – HOME – 1pt

Tottenham 2-2 Man City – AWAY – 0pt

If a home win there was perhaps not a huge surprise, many will have come unstuck in one of our early Sunday clashes. Manchester United appeared to have snatched defeat from the jaws of victory with two late Fulham goals earning a comeback draw… until Benjamin Sesko scored to send Old Trafford into raptures.

Many will have backed a home win there but few would have backed Brentford to beat high-flying Aston Villa – particularly after having Kevin Schade sent off before half-time.

But win it they did, Dango Ouattara’s 45th-minute goal proving the difference and delivering a potentially fatal blow to Villa’s title challenge – not to mention scuppering many of our players’ chances of a perfect seven!

Tottenham’s brilliant comeback against Manchester City – courtesy of a Dominic Solanke brace – secured a 2-2 draw for under-pressure Thomas Frank and capped off our weekend’s games.

Among our experts, Lewis Steele top scored with five points with James Sharpe and Nathan Salt bagging four apiece.

Jack Gaughan scored three, which means James now tops our leaderboard by two points from Jack.
