A mass brawl that appeared to break out between a footballer, a manager and fans after an FA Vase match is being investigated by police.
Widely circulated social media footage shows a Bilston Town FC player embroiled in a fight with spectators following their 2-0 defeat to Droylsden FC on Saturday.
A second video appears to show a coach from the Droyslden setup punching someone on the pitch after being chased by what appears to be a Bilston player and other unidentified people.
It is unclear what caused the huge melees, which saw the Bilston player trading punches with a group of men near the pitch-side railings.
An attempt to break up one of the brawls looks to have been made by a female before she falls to the ground, prompting the Bilston Town player to charge towards another group of men.
They could all be seen falling to the muddy and puddled surface in a heap as screams rang out before returning to their feet and trading furious blows again.

Police say they are investigating after ‘a violent disorder at Bilston Town Football Club’

Video footage of the brawl then cuts off, and it is unclear how long the altercations continued for, but police confirmed they were called to the stadium at around 5pm on Saturday.
‘We’re investigating after a violent disorder at Bilston Town Football Club on Queen Street yesterday,’ a spokesperson for West Midlands Police said.
‘We were called to reports of people being attacked at around 5pm. No arrests have yet been made.
‘We are working to establish the full facts and will be contacting the victims to get full statements, and will be reviewing mobile phone and CCTV footage.
‘Anyone with information has been asked to get in touch with us on 101, quoting 20/139817/26.’
Bilton Town addressed the altercation in a post on X, saying: ‘We understand that there is a video or videos shared by people from the game today. We would like to state that this is not a fair reflection of the game or day as a whole.
‘As a club we are in the process of investigating all footage from today’s game. We would like to thank the supporters of (Droylsden FC) for their cooperation.’
Droylsden themselves posted a thank you message to Bilton Town after the game, making no mention of the brawls.
‘Many thanks to (Bilton Town) for their hospitality, and all the best for the rest of the season,’ the club wrote on social media.
‘To all you Bloods who made the trip down, THANK YOU for your tremendous support, and safe journeys home!’
