Aaron Ramsdale has sent a cheeky correction on social media after a fan account wrongly posted Kai Havertz‘s ‘goal’ against him during training.
Arsenal fan account ‘acfc stuff’ shared a video on Saturday showing the Gunners in training and focusing on an impressive bicycle-kick from Havertz.
Along with the footage, the account also posted the caption ‘Kai Havertz with a bicycle kick goal in Arsenal training’.
However, on a closer look, it actually shows Ramsdale saving the spectacular effort and the ball going wide of the goal – something the England goalkeeper was keen to point out.
The 25-year-old quoted the post on his own account, and corrected their caption by cheekily stating, ‘Goal? Come again.’ Along with a laughing face and face-palm emoji.

Both Ramsdale and Havertz have faced difficult seasons with the Gunners, with the goalkeeper dislodged as the club’s number one after the arrival of David Raya.
He played in all 38 of Arsenal’s games last season, but has managed five league appearances this campaign and a further five in all competitions.
This is despite boss Mikel Arteta declaring he would rotate his two stoppers upon Raya’s arrival from Brentford.
The lack of game time could put threaten Ramsdale’s chances of making the England squad for Euro 2024 and there had been talk of a possible move for the popular keeper during the transfer window.

Havertz, meanwhile, has faced criticism from fans who have questioned the club’s decision to bring him to The Emirates during the summer.
The German arrived from Chelsea in a £65m deal, but has struggled to make a significant impact in a Gunners shirt.
The forward has scored just five goals in 31 games for Arteta’s side, with the Spanish boss still trying to find the best position for Havertz in Arsenal’s attack.
