The Swede played 90 minutes on Saturday as Eddie Howe’s side secured three points at Craven Cottage courtesy of a late goal from Bruno Guimaraes.

According to a report from The Sun, just days earlier a gang had targeted Isak’s house in Northumberland after breaking in at around 10pm on Thursday evening.

It is not known whether the 24-year-old or his family were present at the residence during the time of the break-in or if any possessions were taken from inside the home.

Police are said to have confirmed that a vehicle was stolen from the property before being found abandoned in nearby Dissington.

The incident marks the latest example of Premier League footballers being targeted by burglars in recent months.

In January, Isak’s Newcastle teammate Joelinton had his Darras Hall home burgled while he and his family were at St James’ Park to watch the club’s 3-2 defeat by Manchester City.

Officers responded and a police helicopter was dispatched but the intruders had fled the scene and remain at large.

Jack Grealish was also targeted by burglars over the Christmas period just days after moving into a £5.6million mansion in Cheshire.
