In a move that could redefine Milan’s strategic direction, former Juventus colleagues Fabio Paratici and Massimiliano Allegri recently shared a private dinner, igniting speculation about potential leadership roles at the club.

The meeting, reportedly intended to mend past differences, has intensified rumours of their possible reunion at the San Siro, where they have emerged as the leading candidates for the roles of sporting director and head coach, respectively.

While their partnership at Juventus was highly successful, delivering four Serie A titles, their tenure ended on a tense note, with reports suggesting that Paratici played a key role in advising Andrea Agnelli to dismiss Allegri in May 2019.

However, according to Calciomercato.com, their recent dinner served as an opportunity to put past tensions behind them, indicating a willingness to reconcile and potentially work together again.

The report also suggests that Allegri and Paratici may have discussed their respective futures at Milan.

This meeting holds particular significance as the Rossoneri prepare to appoint a new manager, with Sergio Conceiçao widely expected to leave.

Meanwhile, the club is also considering other candidates for the director of sports role, including Tony D’Amico and Igli Tare.

However, the prospect of reuniting Paratici and Allegri brings a combination of experience and proven success—an appealing prospect for Milan as they aim to reestablish themselves as a dominant force in both Serie A and Europe.
