Arsenal are reportedly front-runners to sign Borussia Dortmund star Jamie Gittens ahead of Chelsea this summer.
The Gunners are expected to sign a versatile winger in the next transfer window and they are exploring different options.
Ruhr Nachrichten claim that Gittens has emerged as an option for the Gunners and he would prefer to join them over the Blues.
Gittens believe he could get more minutes at the north London giants.
The 20-year-old is a specialist on the left wing and feels he could break into the XI ahead of Gabriel Martinelli and Leandro Trossard.
Dortmund have not revealed their intention to sell him, but Gittens has already informed his desire to return to English football.
The winger was in the academy at Reading and Manchester City and he is keen on plying his trade in the Premier League in future.
Dortmund could demand a package of at least £43 million to part ways with the winger, who has 12 goals and five assists this term.
