Arsenal have a strong interest in signing Athletic Bilbao winger Nico Williams, according to Daily Mail.
The Spaniard is one of the best wingers in La Liga and he has been tipped to leave Bilbao over the last 12 months.
Williams was fancied to join Barcelona last summer, but the Catalan giants opted to land Dani Olmo from RB Leipzig instead.
The winger has since opened the door for a Premier League move, but a mid-season deal is unlikely on the cards.
The Gunners have a strong interest in the versatile winger, but he does not plan to switch clubs until next summer.
Williams has been one of Spain’s best players in the last year alongside Lamine Yamal. Arsenal could wait for him.
Arsenal are without the injured Bukayo Saka on the right wing and manager Mikel Arteta could find an internal solution.
Gabriel Martinelli has played there recently while Raheem Sterling, Ethan Nwaneri and Gabriel Jesus can do so as well.
