No Arsenal bid for Gyokeres
Contrary to reports in Portugal, FootballTransfers understands that Arsenal have not yet made a bid for Viktor Gyokeres.
Sporting CP, too, deny that an offer has come in for the Swede, with the club’s vice president dismissing suggestions of a bid.
Nevertheless, Arsenal remain keen on Gyokeres as he is one of their undisputed top targets this summer.
Zubimendi set for Arsenal medical
Real Sociedad midfielder Martin Zubimendi has been given permission to undergo a medical at Arsenal.
The midfielder is expected to be the Gunners’ first signing of the summer transfer window.
