Barcelona’s HUGE Marcus Rashford secret revealed

Barcelona are set to announce the signing of Marcus Rashford from Manchester United on Wednesday, but the player has already appeared in the colours of the Blaugrana.

After a move for Athletic Club winger Nico Williams broke down, the Camp Nou outfit accelerated for a deal to sign wantaway striker Rashford from Man Utd.

The attacker had fallen out with Red Devils boss Ruben Amorim and had not appeared in the colours of his boyhood club since December. During January, he was sent on loan to Aston Villa.

Now Rashford will continue to rebuild his career at Barcelona, where he will spend the next season on loan.

The deal might not be official yet, but already Rashford has been pictured in Barcelona colours working out with his new side in secret for two days, Mundo Deportivo reports. It is claimed that the deal is already done and has been for the last two days.

Details of Rashford’s announcement video have been leaked on social media by TikTok user viscabarcaculess, who released a video of the player at the club’s Ciutat Esportiva training ground. He is caught in Barca colours next to a classic English telephone booth.

With the player formally expected to be announced as a Barcelona player by the club on Wednesday, Mundo Deportivo has named this ‘Rashford Day’. The official notification is expected to come in the afternoon, with a presentation at the club store at Camp Nou in the evening.

It is unclear whether Rashford will be assigned a number by that time. During the shoot for his presentation video, it was clear that he had not had a jersey assigned to him, suggesting that Barcelona are taking their time giving the England star a number.

While Rashford struggled in his closing months at Man Utd, there is evidence to suggest this could be a smart signing by Barcelona, who will use the 27-year-old to reinforce Hansi Flick’s options both out wide and through the middle.
