Marco Baroni assures Lazio will not change their ‘tactical ideals’ even when missing key players for tonight’s trip to Milan. ‘We want to challenge ourselves.’
It kicks off at San Siro at 19.45 GMT.

The Biancocelesti slipped down to fifth place after two consecutive stalemates against Napoli and Venezia, with Bologna also now breathing down their necks.
They were in action on Tuesday in the Coppa Italia semi-final that was also in this stadium, losing 2-0 to Inter.
“There is a long way to go and strong teams are getting back on track, but that is what happens over the course of a season,” Baroni told DAZN.
“We know this is a very important match, but the lads are prepared, we want to be involved in this type of game because it gives us the opportunity to grow and prove ourselves.”
Lazio have an identity under Baroni

Baroni was asked if Lazio will be a little more guarded this evening than they were against Inter midweek, to stop being so open to counter-attacks?
“We must never abandon our tactical ideals. Milan have a lot of quality and physicality, while we need to work as a unit and try to score goals that way too. I am convinced it is the right way to go, even if this is a very tough match against a quality opponent. We want to challenge ourselves at this level.”
Taty Castellanos, Fisayo Dele-Bashiru and Elseid Hysaj are out injured, with Matias Vecino and Alessio Romagnoli only fit for the bench.
The absence of their top scorer was sorely felt during the 0-0 draw with Venezia, as Lazio have failed to score in their last two competitive matches.
“Castellanos is obviously a fundamental player for us, but this team has always scored a lot of goals with many different players. We need to share out the responsibility for scoring goals, just as we share the responsibility for being aggressive and focused when defending,” added Baroni.
“Boulaye Dia had a good game against Inter, the younger players need these games to grow, while we need their enthusiasm and freedom to find those spaces.”
