Batshuayi could leave Frankfurt as early as winter – Sky Germany

The former Dortmund marksman looks set to move on from Frankfurt with no clear route into Dino Toppmöller’s plans.

A potential departure of Michy Batshuayi from Eintracht Frankfurt in the winter — or at the latest in the summer — is very likely.

Frankfurt are very pleased with his mentality and attitude, but under manager Dino Toppmöller he has barely featured.

Sky Germany believes if the 32-year-old formally expresses his desire to leave in the coming weeks, Eintracht will allow the move

His contract runs until 2027, but match minutes are an issue for the striker whose played just 47 minutes in the Bundesliga so far. 

Furthermore, he faces competition from Jonathan Burkardt and Elye Wahi, while the Hessen club are also interested in signing Will Osula.
