Bayern Munich are keen on landing Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes next year, according to the Daily Mirror.
The Portuguese was heavily linked with a move to the Saudi Pro League last summer, but he decided to stay with the Red Devils.
This has not ended speculation over his future and reports claim that Bayern are exploring a deal for the experienced playmaker.
United were seeking around £100 million for their skipper last summer, but could be prepared to sanction his sale for £70m in future.
Fernandes has not opened the door for a new challenge yet, but he has said that he won’t come in the club’s way if they decide to sell.
Any move could be delayed until the end of the season as Bayern are unlikely to make such a huge outlay in the next transfer window.
United have added quality attackers in Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo and may focus on a quality central midfielder if Fernandes leaves.
