Bayern present special 125th-anniversary Oktoberfest kit

FC Bayern Munich have presented a new special edition jersey.

To celebrate their 125th anniversary and the 190th Oktoberfest, Bayern Munich unveiled a special edition jersey on Monday morning.

Designed in collaboration with Adidas, the new kit blends an off-white base with green accents and features a distinctive Oktoberfest crest.

“From the stands of the Grünwalder Stadion to the tent poles of the Olympic Stadium and the diamonds of the Allianz Arena, the design once again plays on FC Bayern’s three major homes,” said the club in a statement.

“The jersey and the specially developed matching Oktoberfest collection combine sporting identity with Bavarian tradition and modern design. As last year, the kit features FC Bayern’s specially designed Oktoberfest crest, which appears on all Oktoberfest merchandise, as well as the adidas Originals Trefoil logo.”

FC Bayern will wear the shirt for the first time on 26 September against Werder Bremen in the Bundesliga.
