The Best FIFA Football Awards 2025 ceremony is taking place today, 17 December 2025, with several key honours bestowed upon players across world football.
The ceremony has yet to officially start, but FIFA has already begun revealing some of this year’s winners. Ballon d’Or winner Ousmane Dembele is the clear favourite to be named the Best FIFA Men’s Player, while Chloe Kelly and Aitana Bonmati will go head-to-head for the women’s award.
In 2024, Vinicius Junior won the Best Men’s Player of the Year honour after being snubbed by the Ballon d’Or, while his Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti won the Men’s Coach of the Year prize.
