Arsenal have been handed a huge injury boost with left-back Kieran Tierney back in training after a lengthy hamstring injury.
The Scotland international spent the previous campaign on loan with Real Sociedad and he was expected to leave Arsenal in the summer.
However, his chances diminished after he picked up a serious hamstring injury in the Euro 2024 opener against Germany on the road.
Tierney has had a lengthy rehabilitation and he has finally returned to team training with the Gunners ahead of the festive run of games.
Arsenal are well equipped in the left-back department, but the presence of Tierney is a boost, considering the hectic schedule coming up.
Tierney may not be rushed back to action due to his injury record, but he could get some minutes off the bench in the coming weeks.
There is a good possibility that he could be offloaded at the turn of the year. There has been talk that Celtic could consider a reunion.
