BILD publish estimated Bundesliga head coach earnings, Kompany and Ten Hag top

Here are the predicted top earners in the Bundesliga dugouts ahead of the 2025-26 campaign.

Earlier today, Sport BILD published their predictions on what each Bundesliga head coach earns per annum. 

The popular German tabloid is aware that Bayern Munich’s Vincent Kompany leads the way on a €7million yearly deal.

Following the Belgian gaffer is Bayer Leverkusen’s new man Erik Ten Hag who is set to earn €5.5million in his first season in charge.

Dortmund’s Niko Kovač (€4m) is just ahead of Stuttgart’s Sebastian Hoeneß (€3.5m) as well as Gladbach’s Gerardo Seoane (€3.2m).

Further down the pecking order is Leipzig’s Ole Werner and Frankfurt gaffer Dino Toppmöller who are rumoured to be on €2.5million each.

A host of managers from Bo Henriksen at Mainz down to Freiburg’s Julian Schuster earn between €2 to 1million.

Meanwhile, only St.Pauli’s Blessin (€840,000) and newly promoted HSV man Merlin Polzin (€600,000) miss out on seven-figure sums.
