Borussia Dortmund and goalkeeper Alexander Meyer have reportedly agreed on a contract extension.

According to Sport Bild and Sky Germany, the 34-year-old veteran will extend his stay at the club by another year, keeping him at BVB until 2027.

Serving as a backup to Gregor Kobel, Meyer has established himself as a reliable backup since arriving from SSV Jahn Regensburg in 2022.

The experienced goalkeeper has made 25 appearances for Dortmund, but has yet to feature this season.
