Goalkeeper

Finn Dahmen, Augsburg

Made several impressive saves, eight in all, in Augsburg’s win over Bochum.

Defenders

Lukas Kübler, Freiburg

Put in a solid performance, setting up a goal, winning four duels and completing 86 percent of his passes.

Robin Koch, Eintracht Frankfurt

Was rock solid at the back, winning seven duels, and also got on the scoresheet.

Leopold Querfeld, Union Berlin

Played a key role as Union kept a clean sheet and held Bayer Leverkusen to a draw.

Raphael Guerreiro, FC Bayern

Made a big difference off the bench. Completed 93 percent of his passes and scored a great goal.

Midfielders

Angelo Stiller, VfB Stuttgart

Very dominant on the ball, especially in the first half, providing a number of clever passes, including the one that led to Stuttgart’s opener.

Xavi Simons, RB Leipzig

Led Leipzig to victory over Wolfsburg with two well-taken goals.

Andrej Kramaric, Hoffenheim

Netted an early double to lead Hoffenheim to a 2-0 victory over Mainz.

Serge Gnabry, FC Bayern

Provided real impetus off the bench for Bayern and scored a wonderful solo goal.

Strikers

Hugo Ekitiké, Eintracht Frankfurt

Another impressive display from the Frenchman, who provided an assist before getting on the scoresheet himself.

Oliver Burke, Werder Bremen

Bagged a brace to turn 0-1 into 2-1 against Stuttgart.
