Everything you need to know about the Champions League play-offs on Wednesday

  1. Date and time: The first leg of four Champions League play-off matches will take place on Wednesday, February 18, 2026. There is one early kick-off of 5:45pm, with the other three all commencing at 8pm UK time.
  2. Who is playing?: There are four ties on Wednesday – Qarabag vs Newcastle United, Bodo/Glimt vs Inter Milan, Club Brugge vs Atletico Madrid and Olympiacos vs Bayer Leverkusen. The second legs of these matches will then take place the following Tuesday.
  3. Qarabag vs Newcastle United: This game is the early kick-off, taking place at 5:45pm at the Tofiq Bahramov Stadium. It will be shown on TNT Sports 1, as the broadcaster holds the rights to all the Wednesday matches.
  4. Bodo/Glimt vs Inter Milan: The Norwegian underdogs will host the Italian giants at the Aspmyra Stadium. This will kick off at 8pm on TNT Sports 1, after the early kick-off concludes.
  5. Club Brugge vs Atletico Madrid: Atletico will travel to Belgium to face Club Brugge at the Jan Breydel Stadium. This game will begin at 8pm on TNT Sports 3.
  6. Olympiacos vs Bayer Leverkusen: The final match of the evening will take place at the Georgios Karaiskakis Stadium in Greece. It will kick off at 8pm on TNT Sports 4.
  7. Live streaming options: All four games will be available to stream on the discovery+ app. US-based fans can tune in on Paramount+, and Canadians can watch via DAZN.
  8. Match highlights: If you miss the live action, the BBC will air a Champions League highlights show on Wednesday nightsvia BBC iPlayer. Paramount+ also replays the full matches shortly after the final whistle of the last game.
