Chelsea have finally confirmed the transfer of Palmeiras wonderkid Estevao Willian.
The Blues reached an agreement to land the teenager last summer, but could not sign him until his 18th birthday due to Brexit rules.
Willian has now formally signed for the west London giants, and there are already huge expectations due to his immense potential.
The youngster had a good 2024/25 season with 17 goal contributions. One of his goals came against Chelsea during the Club World Cup.
He is primarily a right winger by trade, but can also operate as a number 10. The Blues are most likely to play him on the right flank.
Willian could share his minutes with Pedro Neto next season after the Blues sanctioned the transfer of Noni Madueke to rivals Arsenal.
The club are also expected to offload Christopher Nkunku in the near future as they seek to land Alejandro Garnacho as his replacement.
They are on the verge of agreeing terms with the Manchester United ace.
