Chelsea could be prepared to spend big on Juventus wonderkid Kenan Yildiz at the end of the season, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
The 19-year-old has had a good campaign with the Bianconeri. He has bagged eight goals and five assists in all competitions thus far.
His form has caught the eye of Europe’s elite clubs and Gazzetta claim that the Blues could be ready to make a huge investment in him.
Juventus are not contemplating his exit at the moment. The same goes for Yildiz, who is comfortable continuing at the Bianconeri.
However, the scenario could completely change if Juventus miss out on qualifying for the Champions League via the league table.
In that case, the club may need to recoup losses with a big-money exit. They could open the door to part ways with Yildiz this summer.
Chelsea are keeping a close eye on the situation and could make an approach if the Bianconeri fail to make the top four in Serie A.
