Chelsea defender Axel Disasi is set to join West Ham United on loan for the remainder of the campaign.
The Frenchman was linked with a move to the Hammers last summer, but a deal did not materialise in the end.
The east London outfit recently returned for his services and have now convinced him to join for the season.
Disasi has arrived for his medical and a loan move is expected to go through for a small fee of around £2 million.
The former Monaco man has a contract until June 2029. He is widely expected to leave the Blues permanently this summer.
It remains to be seen whether the Hammers attempt to land him permanently. It could happen if he were to impress on loan.
West Ham United have not completed their business yet and reports claim that they could pursue another signing before the window closes.
A new midfielder could be signed before the deadline tonight.
