Chelsea have reportedly rekindled their interest in Manchester City star Jack Grealish ahead of the 2025 summer transfer window.
The 29-year-old has endured a tough 12 months at the Etihad Stadium and he has been heavily tipped to leave the club this summer in search of regular football.

Grealish has made just 26 appearances across all competitions so far this season, while Pep Guardiola has only included the Englishman in his starting XI on six occasions in the Premier League this term.
The former Aston Villa midfielder only has two years remaining on his current contract with the reigning English top flight champions and his four-year spell with the club is therefore expected to end this summer.
A return to Aston Villa has been touted as an option for Grealish, while FootballTransfers understands that Tottenham Hotspur are also monitoring his situation at Man City.

However, Chelsea have now joined the race to acquire his signature, according to TEAMtalk.
The Blues were tentatively linked with a sensational move for the 29-year-old last summer, but they have reportedly rekindled their interest amid their pursuit of a new right-footed winger.
Mykhailo Mudryk is currently suspended following a positive doping test, and Chelsea are actively searching for a replacement, with Nico Williams and Jamie Gittens both linked with a move to Stamford Bridge in recent weeks.
Grealish has seemingly emerged as an alternative target for Enzo Maresca’s side, although Man City are hoping to recoup the majority of the €117.5 million they spent on the Englishman back in 2021.

Jack Grealish to leave Man City for Chelsea?
News of Chelsea’s interest in Grealish follows John Terry’s admission that the 29-year-old must consider his future at Man City if his game time doesn’t improve.
“I think it will be good for him to weigh up his options. I’m not saying leave Man City, because they’re one of the top teams in the world, but he needs to ask: ‘Am I going to be part of this in the future?’,” Terry admitted to talkSPORT (via OneFootball).
“Jack is an unbelievable talent and I think he’s at his best when he’s got freedom. He needs a manager to give him the license to be Jack Grealish. He’s not the type to sit on the bench.
“He’s at his best when he’s playing week in, week out, driving the team forward. I’d be a little bit worried and go: ‘I need to get out,’ because England means the world to him.”
