Como have confirmed their squad for Saturday’s Serie A fixture at Juventus, and Cesc Fàbregas will be without three notable players for the trip to Turin.

Nico Paz misses out after picking up a yellow card in the draw with Milan and reaching the limit.

The suspension comes as a timely blow for Como given the Argentine‘s influence in their attacking play.

Addai and Goldaniga also remain sidelined through injury, though Alvaro Morata returns to the squad after serving his own suspension, as per IlBianconero.

Como suffer injury blows for Juventus clash

Fàbregas himself will be in the dugout after escaping a touchline ban, despite a heated altercation with Milan boss Massimiliano Allegri that attracted considerable attention in the build-up to the match.

The stakes are high for both sides, though perhaps more so for Como.

Fabregas’ men drew 1-1 with Milan in their last outing and currently sit four points behind Juventus in the table.

A win on Saturday would cut that gap and put significant pressure on those around them, while defeat would see Juventus pull seven points clear, a potentially decisive margin at this stage of the season.

For Juventus, the match is the first in a demanding run of fixtures that also includes the Champions League second leg against Galatasaray and a crucial Serie A encounter with Roma, making maximum points against Como all the more important before the schedule intensifies.
