More confirmation is coming in that Napoli are trying to push Victor Osimhen to reconsider the Al-Hilal proposal, but he will only speak to Galatasaray right now.

The talks are still on-going as the Partenopei dictated their terms, namely €55m upfront and a further €20m in instalments, all of it with clear and reliable letters of credit to back them up.

While Galatasaray work on getting those figures and the paperwork in order, Napoli continue to hope that the more lucrative and reliable offer from Al-Hilal can be reconsidered.

Alfredo Pedullà had confirmed for Football Italia last night that they tried once more to get Osimhen to reconsider the proposal from the Saudi Pro League, without receiving a positive response.

That was now reiterated by Turkish transfer pundit Yagiz Sabuncuoglu, who maintains the push was made this morning as well.

Every time, the Nigeria international has simply batted it away, refusing to even consider a transfer to Simone Inzaghi’s team.

He spent last season on loan at Galatasaray and feels it is the right place to continue his career at this moment.
