Eintracht Frankfurt will be aiming to build on their strong 2024/25 Bundesliga campaign when they host Werder Bremen in their first league match of the new season this afternoon.

Werder Bremen, on the other hand, will be determined to bounce back after their disappointing 1-0 DFB-Pokal defeat to 2. Bundesliga side Arminia Bielefeld.
