Confirmed lineups: Hamburger SV vs. Bayer Leverkusen

Here are the confirmed starting XIs for this evening’s Bundesliga clash between HSV and Leverkusen at the Volksparkstadion (20:30 CET).

Merlin Polzin has made five changes from the defeat at home to Leipzig on Sunday. Giorgio Gocholeishvili, Warmed Omari, Daniel Elfadli, Rayan Philippe and Bakery Jatta come in for Nicolas Capaldo, Jordan Torunarigha, William Mikelbrencis, Miro Muheim and Philip Otele. 

Kasper Hjulmand also makes five changes from the 1-1 draw with Mainz. Aleix Garcia, Ibrahim Maza, Martin Terrier, Christian Kofane and Montrell Culbreath replace Arthur, Ezequiel Fernandez, Jonas Hofmann, Ernest Poku and Patrick Schick.
