Confirmed lineups: Schalke 04 vs. Hertha BSC

The lineups have been announced ahead of tonight’s clash at the Veltins Arena between Schalke 04 and Hertha BSC.

Two giants of the 2. Bundesliga go head-to-head to get the 2025/26 campaign underway. 

It is all change at Schalke, with Miron Muslic taking over at the club after his Plymouth Argyle side suffered relegation to the English League One back in May. 

Stefan Leitl remains at the helm for Hertha after steadying the ship towards the back end of last term. And both sides are looking for a strong start to what they hope is the end of what is now a three-year stay in the second division. 

The lineups for tonight’s clash in Gelsenkirchen are as follows:

Hertha BSC
