The team sheets for this evening’s 2024/25 UEFA Champions’ League duel between VfB Stuttgart and Sparta Prague have been released.
The 2023/24 Bundesliga runners-up VfB Stuttgart seek to shake off their opening round 2024/25 UEFA Champions’ League loss to Real Madrid and secure three points at home against visiting Sparta Prague at the MHP Arena this evening. Stuttgart head coach Sebastian Hoeneß makes two changes to the team that drew VfL Wolfsburg 2-2 in the league on Saturday.
Pascal Stenzel will come on to serve at right back in place of the injured Josha Vagnoman. Winger Fabian Rieder is also replaced by striker Deniz Undav, who will likely work as a ten in a 4-2-3-1 formation. It remains possible that Undav might also work as a service striker behind Ermedin Demirovic in a 4-4-2.

Sparta Prague (3-4-3):
