Fans believe a new video of Cristiano Ronaldo signing autographs in Germany shows which of the clubs he has played for is his favourite.

Ronaldo and Portugal are gearing up for their second match of Euro 2024 against Turkey in Dortmund on Saturday.

They began their campaign with a dramatic victory over Czechia on Tuesday, coming from behind to win 2-1 with a 92nd minute winner.

A warm smile came over Cristiano Ronaldo’s face as he was presented with a Real Madrid shirt

He happily proceeded to sign it and fans believe the moment is a clear sign of his love for the club he spent nine years with.

‘Deep down he misses us,’ one fan commented while another said ‘once a Madridista, always a Madridista’.

Another wrote: ‘he loves Madrid more than any other club he played for, it’s only Madrid that matched his ambition on the pitch.’

Ronaldo 450 goals in 438 games for Los Blancos and many consider him to be the greatest player in their history.

He won two LaLiga and four Champions Leagues during that time before leaving for Juventus in 2018.

Ronaldo, 39, has also played for Man United and Sporting and now plies his trade with Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia.

He is competing at a record sixth European Championship after comfortably topping the Saudi Pro League scoring charts with 35 goals last season.

A second European Championship would be a fairytale ending to his international career.
